A General Timeline for Meander Gathering’s All Inclusive Weddings | Gilbert Arizona
Hey guys!
As you may know, we here at Meander specialize in micro and all inclusive weddings. And you may be wondering how we do it? What does one of our all inclusive weddings packages include? And how do we fit it all into 90 minutes?
Well, when we say all inclusive, we mean it! Below, we have all the details and info outlined. Check it out:
0-10 minutes
In your first 0 to 10 minutes, we have everyone gather and get seated for the ceremony.
10-20 minutes
Then, for the 10 to 20 minute mark, we jump right into the ceremony! We provide the officiant for you, so you don’t even have to worry about it! You say your I do’s and boom, you’re husband and wife!
20-25 minutes
Next up, we sign the marriage license so that it’s official. We’re rolling on through!
25-35 minutes
At the 25-35 minute mark, we move onto a choice for the bride and groom. You can either greet and chat with the guests for ten minutes to take in the moment and simply take a break. Or, we can grab large group photos with all of your friends and family!
35-40 minutes
Then, we move right into the first dance. It’s your favorite music, your favorite person, and one of our favorite parts! We love to see couples get to laugh and interact with each other!
40-55 minutes
Next is the 40 to 55 minute slot. You provide the words for the toast and we provide the cider and cupcakes!
55-85 minutes
Once all the celebrating is done, we move on to formal photos! I get some of your favorite pictures that you will treasure for a lifetime! Some of the best of these include our Vintage Metro Van!
85-90 minutes
Last, we can round out the evening with some more mingling and partying! You can chat with your guests or even ask me to take more photos!
And, that’s it! It’s just ninety minutes until you’re married! We take care of the super important things for you, so you get to focus on yourself and your wonderful partner!
